Now Hiring - Sales Manager/Sales Representative in Elberta, AL

Nautical Options is a new and used Boat Dealership with 2 locations. One in Coastal Alabama and the other in Lorain Ohio. We have over 100 new boats in inventory and our sales staff can sell boats from either location. We are seeking a Sales Leader that will operate autonomously in our Elberta, AL locations. Expect to sell 30 to 50 boats if you earn the position. If you had success selling high value items with financing we are happy to teach you about how to sell boats but you must be very familiar with boating. Building Rapport with High Value Clients is critical to success in the Mid/High end boat sales profession.

We are a new boat dealer for Quest Pontoons, Key West, Lowe Boats, SeaFox and Jeanneau. We also carry Loadmaster, Magic Tilt, Venture, and McClain Trailers along with being a dealer for Yamaha and Mercury. We have boats that are priced from $20K to the all new $600K Jeanneau 1295 fly in stock or coming. We have the most aggressive pay plan in the industry that pays 22% of the gross margin you produce with no pack and you are paid on all dealer incentives and rebates. You are also paid 10% of your finance reserve.

This is a full time job that requires some weekends and attending all boat shows in the area.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
